How to play 'Culebrita' in the Google Maps application
It is available on Android and iOS. The snake is replaced by a train that picks up people
The game of the 'Culebrita' (Snake in English), in which the character of the snake should eat fruits without stopping, now returns to the Google Maps application. The technological giant Google decided to include the traditional title, remembered as one of the most popular in the 90s, on the occasion of the April Fools' Day, the day of jokes in April, in the United States.
In a blog post, Google said the game will be available for a week on Android and iOS devices. In this version, the little snake is replaced by a train that must pick up passengers while traveling through different cities on the map. The available options are Cairo, London, San Francisco, São Paulo, Sydney and Tokyo, but you can also choose the full map option.
As you pick up passengers you will grow and accumulate points and in the end you can reach a monument or important tourist point of each city, such as Big Ben or the Eiffel Tower.
To play, go to the Google Maps application and press the menu icon in the upper left corner . There you will see the option 'Play Snake'.
Although the game will only be available for a week, Google has enabled an independent site to access it permanently.
